Our Trustees


We have a team of eight people currently on our board of trustees.  The trustees meet termly to discuss progress, make strategic decisions, oversee safeguarding and to hold the management team to account.

Helen Attree – Chairperson

Helen has been the chair person at the Bridge since 2007. She also helps with fundraising for the Bridge and has a stall at the Hanley Swan Market once a month. She is also employed by the Alzheimer’s Society as a Dementia Café Manager and is a registered nurse.  Helen is also chair person of Malvern Special Families Trustees.

Barry has been on the board of trustees since 2010. He is responsible for the financial aspects of the Bridge. He is experienced at working with the field of finance and procurement, consultancy work with local government and charities.




Debbie AustinIMG_5717

Debbie has been on the board of trustees since 2010. She is the volunteers co-ordinator and supports school groups at the Bridge. Debbie is a qualified teacher and works as a self-employed music teacher.



Angela Farmer

Angela joined the Board of Trustees in 2007.

Julia joined the Board of Trustees in 2015. She has experience of working in the fields of administration, fundraising, marketing and communications.
